Return Policy

Considering the nature of products that are on offer on the website, www.shreekunj.store does not offer return of the products once the order is accepted via e-mail to your valid e-mail ID.

Shree Kunj Enterprises offers you a replacement of product(s) purchased on www.shreekunj.store  which means that you can ask for replacement of the product(s), subject to following terms and conditions:

1.      You can ask for replacement of product(s) within 7 Days of product(s) delivery to you in case of any defect found in the product(s) and the same product(s) will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product(s).

2.      Replacement is offered for the product(s) sold by www.shreekunj.store  only.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:

Ø Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.

Ø Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Disclaimer: “Any decision on replacement on the product(s) sold by www.shreekunj.store  is at the sole discretion and decision of shree kunj shall be final and ending. Shree Kunj reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.”

Replacement Policy

We have a very simple replacement policy.

If you have received a damaged/defective product(s), please e-mail us your order number [sent to you via e-mail and what’s app after ordering] along with an image of the damaged/defective product(s) received within 7 Days of receiving the product(s) at shreekunj786@gmail.com with Subject as “Return: Damaged/Defective – Order Number.

Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We will provide instructions for the replacement procedure. 

We Shall send you a replacement within 7 working day’s .

Refund Policy

For damage or quality issues, please provide:

  The order number,

  Date of transaction,

  Delivery address and image of the defective item,

  The packaging it was received in,

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, bags, and boxes.

The refund amount will be the value of the product returned, and not the complete purchase amount. The customer shall bear the cost of the transportation for returning the item.

Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection, and if it passes the review, a refund will be initiated.

In case of online payment, we the refund will be processed to the source account, which will reflect within 7 to 21 business days.

In case of cash on delivery payment, we will issue the refund in form of store credit, which can be redeemed while you are placing the next order on our website.
